Since yesterday, my Facebook feed has been full of moms of school-age kids talking about how glad they’ll be on Tuesday or Wednesday when their kids go back to school. So this one is for the moms or dads who are counting down the days ’til quiet time. Here is some great kid-friendly music that you won’t hate to keep you dancing (and hopefully tire the kids out a bit!):
- The Bazillions – Kid-friendly rock and roll written by two Minneapolis teachers. My kiddo loves this stuff.
- Koo Koo Kangaroo – Break this stuff out when it’s time to really turn the party up a notch.
- They Might Be Giants – Classic. Can’t really get any better than this. I highly recommend this song for all the science geeks out there:
